Description & Requirements
The Customer Service Representative – Collections (CSR) works cooperatively with borrowers to establish repayment arrangements and resolving defaulted accounts in accordance with all applicable Federal and State laws and company policies. The CSR will be expected to provide exceptional customer service while adhering to quality expectations for inbound and outbound customer interactions. Starting at $15/hr. + incentives.
