Scheduling Coordinator (In Home Care Services)

Position Description:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the staffing of all client service hours. This position ensures that shifts are staffed with qualified Caregivers whose skills and availablility matches client needs and that new assignments and/or scheduling changes are properly communicated with Caregivers and Clients.

The HomeWell Care Services Scheduling Coordinator provides supportive on-the-job training for caregivers and will assist providing care for our clients as needed.

We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented and is ready to make a positive difference in the daily lives of our staff, families, and clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of combined scheduling and caregiving experience
Valid Arizona Driver's License, reliable vehicle and auto insurance
Current 1st aid/CPR Certification
COVID Vaccinated
Flexibility and availability for rotating on-call schedule
Demonstrate proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and experience with a web-based home care software system
Excellent attendance and punctuality is imperative
Preferred:

Certified Caregiver and/or Certified Nursing Assistant
