* Job Summary: * The Administrative Coordinator, Customer Service, operates with minimal supervision to deliver receptionist and administrative support to the customer service team. This role focuses on executing customer service-related administrative tasks to uphold organizational objectives.
* Core Responsibilities: *
* Receive, review, and input customer purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
* Generate quotations and Proforma invoices for customer repair orders.
* Conduct follow-ups with customers and internal departments to track order processing status.
* Participate in relevant trainings to maintain job proficiency.
* Assist Customer Account Representatives as required.
* Ensure regular, punctual attendance; willingness to work additional hours if necessary.
* Physical Requirements: *
* Predominantly seated work with occasional standing/walking indoors.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
* Utilize head and neck movements in various positions.
* Perform manual tasks involving hand grasping and fine finger manipulations.
* Engage in light lifting and pushing/pulling of carts or mobile tables.
* Minimal exposure to physical strain or hazardous conditions.
* Job Specifications: *
* Education: Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent in relevant field.
* Experience: 1-3 years of pertinent experience.
* Skills: *
* Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
* Strong customer service orientation.
* Highly organized with keen attention to detail; adept at multitasking.
* Ability to follow precise instructions and meet deadlines.
* Punctual and reliable, respecting the confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Capable of working under pressure, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.
* Positive attitude and self-motivated approach.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
