The Opportunity. A Receptionist in our community provides a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who enters. In addition to greeting guests, vendors, or anyone arriving, a Receptionist is responsible for maintaining visitor logs and communicating with visitors and those they are looking to visit with. A Receptionist will also answer calls, route phone calls, provide information about the community, and assist with all inquiries made. A Receptionist is the first face people see entering our community and has the privilege of setting the tone for every visit. What Youll Do. Engagement. Initiate a welcome and inviting greeting for everyone in the community. Determine a guest/visitors need(s) quickly and direct them where to go. Answer phone calls or emails professionally and in a timely manner. Communication. Provide details about guests, their visitation, the community and safety precautions during their visit.
